First off – I love this beautiful place! The interior is open and aesthetically simple but classy. I love the high timber benches with the low benches against the tall glass windows.
The café itself is pretty much coffee and there’s a small selection of pastries and baguettes for those keen workers needing a quick bite. Turnover is fast, service is friendly.
I’ve had the coffee before and it’s good. This time I decided the pastry. Was tossing up between the Simpson lookalike donuts or one of those delicious looking pastry and ended up getting the chocolate croissant… It was good. But I’m not sure whether it was a whole $5 worth of goodness. Pastry was really flaky and oily. Good amount of chocolate. Perhaps I’ll try one of those cheesy baguettes next time…

Till Next Time!
Second time round at Farm Vigano – still amazes me of the wonderful venue in the middle of a residential neighborhood. A lovely private estate with extensive gardens and beautiful views of the northern suburbs.
The menu mostly include Gourmet pizza and antipasti. Menu is quite confusing to be honest. Prices are on the high side – About $15-25 for a medium size pizza.
Great service from booking to on the day.
Foods were simple and presented beautifully. I wanted something light so got the Buttermilk fried chicken tenderloins & mustard mayonnaise. I didn’t get much for $16 but it was good nether-less. Definitely wouldn’t call it a share plate.. I ate it all myself! The chicken was moist and the mayo was delicious.
Had a slice of a friends Melanzane pizza which had a perfect base with delicious roasted eggplant and roasted zucchini. I would be happier with perhaps more fillings though.
Another friend got the Margherita which looked delicious. Great red pasta sauce and lots of ouzzy cheese.
So overall a lovely brunch date. If you want a nice view in the northern suburbs and feel like some fancy pizzas then this is the place for you!

Till next Time!
Have to say, one of my favorite places to go on a weekend! I’ve written a positive review prior about my café experience however Ill write a blog this time round.
The café is always busy. Always a line however you can always get a table and always get your meal within 10-15min.
This time round I got the pork belly baguette I’ve been meaning to try for ages now. And boy was it delicious! It was beautiful to look at and it was delicious to eat. Messy though as there were so much fillings for the baguette but who need to be lady like when you’re eating the most crispiest and testiest5 pork belly on a lovely soft baguette with the right amount of sweet and tangy mayo coleslaw.
Partner got the Philli Cheesesteak sandwich which was huge! I had a few bites and the cheese was melting in my mouth. Came with a size of chippies also! All for $15.50? Bargain!
Overall a delicious lunch date. Glad the supermarket is literally 2 meters away so we were able to work off the foods! Haha! – my food adventure didn’t end there though because we came out of the supermarket $200 less with more goodies like the salty pretzel, lychee cordial, wagyu beef mince and some yummy dark chocolates mmmm…. And the flower/plant section! OMG! so pretty!!!!!
Till next time
